摘要：本文基于旅游类高技能人才短缺的问题,对北京地区部分高职院校人才培养问题进行抽样调查,对其数据进行分析,寻找影响旅游高等职业教育特征的主因素,通过对主因素的分析思考,提出解决问题的对策,为同类高职旅游院校的人才培养模式提供值得借鉴的范式。
The paper makes sample survey about talent-cultivation in parts of higher tourism vocational institutions of Beijing area based on the shortage of tourism skilled professionals. The author tries to analyze the data and find out the major factors that influence higher tourism vocational education and puts forward for solution so as to provide referential model for talent-cultivation mode of similar higher tourism vocational institutions.
