摘要:研究利用大孔树脂从金银花中有效提取、分离纯化绿原酸的方法,从而得到纯度高的绿原酸粗品。利用紫外分光光度计,对绿原酸标准品进行定性、定量的测定,即λ=329.5 nm,R=0.999 25;限性范围:0.002 mg/mlThe methods of effective extraction, separation and purification of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle with macroporous resin were studied. The crude substance of chlorogenic acid with high purity was obtained. Using ultraviolet spectrophotometer, the qualitative and quantitative detemfinations were made on chlorogenic acid. λ = 329.5 nm, R = 0.999 25 and the limited range was as 0.002 mg/ml 〈 C 〈 0.010 mg/ml. Four different models of macroporous resins were selected. The optimum rnacroporous resin for adsorbing chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle was found through static adsorption test, that was HZ-818. HZ-818 resin was used for pure dynamic adsorption and the saturated absorption time was 28 min. The eluent with 40 ethanol was used for elution and the eluent volume was 1.7 BV and the recovery rate was 62.9%.
