摘要：文章试图通过需求侧的角度,重新审视近代以来京津冀地区工艺美术两次“大跃进”发展的动力来源,并为工艺美术的振兴提供供给侧之外的视角。文章认为近代工艺美术的狂飙突进是由于当时中国极为廉价的人工成本、高效的组织分工能力,将奢侈的宫廷艺术转化为西方的日用商品,在特殊的历史阶段,迎合了海外市场的巨大需求,这是一种不可持续的状态。因此推动工艺美术行业发展,不能局限于产业政策,更应在需求侧发力,借助西方工艺美术转型的路径,进一步扩大有效需求,才能再次推动京津冀地区工艺美术共同发展。
The article attempts to re-examine the driving forces behind the two“Great Leaps Forward”in the development of arts and crafts in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region since modern times from the perspective of demand side,and provides a perspective beyond the supply side for the revitalization of the arts and crafts industry.The article argues that the rapid advance of modern arts and crafts was due to the extremely low labor costs and efficient organizational division of labor in China at the time,which transformed the luxurious court art into Western daily commodities.In a special historical period,it catered to the huge demand of the overseas market,a state that was not sustainable.Therefore,to promote the development of the arts and crafts industry,we should not limit ourselves to industrial policies but also exert efforts on the demand side.By following the path of transformation of Western arts and crafts,we can further expand effective demand,which will once again drive the common development of the arts and crafts industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
