摘要：地方景观的形成、变化及其机制是地方景观研究的核心问题。我们尤其需要回答地方文化景观变化的机制是什么。梳理该问题对于理解地方文化景观的形成,积极保护地方文化景观具有重要意义。本文选择什刹海地区作为案例研究区域,选择名人故居作为研究对象,探讨不同历史时期土地产权制度的变化对名人故居文化变迁的影响。本文的研究结论对于传统名人故居文化的保护具有一定的指导意义。本文采用结构主义地理学的方法进行研究,得出以下结论:第一,土地产权的变迁影响到资本的流向,进而影响到什刹海地区名人故居的空间格局及文化;第二,土地产权的改变叠加上城市功能区的变化,使得部分名人故居逆转了投资缩减的状况,而这又加速了大量名人故居的投资缩减;第三,多资本融合可以优化名人故居的保护情况,是未来保护名人故居的途径,而多资本融含需要进行产权制度创新。
The formation, change and mechanism of local landscape is the core of local landscape research. We especially need to answer the local cultural landscape changes in what is the mechanism. Combing the problem is of great significance for the understanding of the formation of local cultural landscape, and to actively protect the local cultural landscape. This paper chooses the Shichahai area as a case study area, selects the former residence of celebrity as the research object, and explores the influence of the change of land property right system on the cultural change of celebrity residence in different historical periods. The conclusion of this paper has some guiding significance for the protection of traditional celebrity residence culture. This paper adopts the method of structuralist geography to study and draw the following conclusions： First, the change of land property right affects the capital flow, and then affects the spatial pattern and culture of celebrity residence in Shichahai area. Second, the change of land property right and change of the functional area of the city make some of the former residence of the villagers reverse the investment reduction situation, which in turn accelerated the investment in a large number of celebrity residence; third, multi-capital integration can optimize the protection of celebrities, which is the future protection of celebrity housing. More capital integration needs to carry out property rights system innovation.
