摘要：基于社会资本的视角,利用问卷调查数据,通过结构方程模型分析,探究了从业者对专业实践社区的参与行为对其创新绩效的影响及其作用机制。研究结果显示:实践社区的社会资本对从业者创新绩效的提高具有显著的正向影响,其中智力资本和心理安全在关系资本和认知资本与创新绩效之间起完全中介作用,而在结构资本与创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。
Based on the perspective of social capital, this paper uses the survey data to explore the impact of practitioner＇s participation in prac tice community on his/her innovation performance and its effect mechanism. The result shows as follows：social capital in practice community positively and significantly impacts practitioner＇s innovation performance;among those, the intermediary variables are intellectual capital and psy chological safety which have fully mediated effects between relationship/cognitive capital and innovation performance, and partial mediated effects between structure capital and innovation performance.
