摘要：阐释了国家服务外包产业发展及其相关政策,以适应国家服务产业发展为导向,分析了服务外包产业发展对人才的需求,确定服务外包人才培养课程体系的设计思想与原则,设计了"三阶段、三分流、两平台、五计划"服务外包人才培养模式框架及可行性方案,并在国家级服务外包人才培养模式创新实验区内展开实践探索,取得了较好的效果。
This article explains the national service outsourcing industry development and its related policies. To adapt to the nation＇s service industry development as the guidance, this paper analyzes the demand for talents of the service outsourcing industry development. And the design ideas and principles are determined for the service outsourcing talents training course system. A framework of service outsourcing talent training mode including three stages and three allocations are puts forward based on two platforms and five plans. This is a feasibility schemes for the innovation service outsourcing talent training mode. And experiments are made in the national service outsourcing talent training mode innovation experimental zone. Good results have been achieved in the practice.
