摘要：汉语盲文语料库是推进盲文规范化、标准化和信息化建设的重要基础资源平台。汉语盲文语料库是顺应时代要求,通过对现行盲文颁布60多年来的盲文出版物语料、非出版物语料以及盲人的个人盲文语料进行调查筛选、采集、标注,历经七载形成的具有原创性、开拓性、集成性、综合性的研究成果,填补了国内外盲文语料库的空白,是进行汉语盲文信息化和汉语盲文研究的重要基础和载体。汉语盲文语料库的阶段性成果《国家通用盲文方案》已经解决了几十年来盲文读音不准的问题,实现了盲文由“猜”到“读”的转变,是盲文规范化继往开来的里程碑。
The action plan indicates that the normalization,standardization,and informatization of sign language development should be accelerated,and construction of Braille corpus database and information platform is increasingly important.Construction of Chinese Braille corpus database is keeping abreast of the requirement of the times.Through 7 years,research results with originality,trailblazing,integration and comprehensiveness are achieved,which fills in the gap of domestic and international Braille corpus.The above-mentioned research results are main basis and carrier of Chinese Braille informatization and research.“The National Common Braille Scheme”,the current research achievements of Chinese Braille corpus,is a milestone of the progress of Braille standardization,which solves the problems about inaccurate pronunciation of Braille and achieves conversion from Braille guessing to reading.
