摘要：以“五通”政策为视角,分析俄语区各国家人才需求的作用机理以及各国家人才需求的空间分布特征,建立能够反映“五通”政策的指标体系,并建立不同指标之间的判断矩阵。利用层次分析法,分析不同政策对人才需求的影响程度,找到人才需求的主要影响因子。利用主成分分析法,从空间角度分析俄语区各国家人才需求的分布特征,进而为后续我国与俄语区各国之间的教育合作模式提供数据支持。
Based on the Five-Connectivity Program,an analysis has been made on the talent demand in the Russian-speaking countries and the spatial distribution characteristics of talent demand in various countries,thus establishing an indicator system that reflects the The Five-Connectivity Program and a relationship between different indicators.Using the analytic hierarchy process,this paper also analyzes the impact of different policies on talent demand and finds the main impact factors of talent demand.Using principal component analysis to analyze the distribution characteristics of talent demand in the Russian-speaking countries from a spatial perspective,this research provides data support for the follow-up of educational cooperation models between China and the Russian-speaking countries.
