摘要：环境金融的发展主要是通过金融制度与金融工具创新,降低气候变化和环境成本增加所带来的风险。由于环境金融的成本与收益之间的不对称性,商业性金融机构主动参与的积极性有限。因此,发挥政府的直接管理和间接服务功能,引导和推动环境金融的发展势在必行。
Environmental finance＇s development could be seen with the innovation of financial institution and instrument,to reduce the cost caused by climate and the environment pollution and transfer the risk and the uncertainty.As the imbalance between input and output of environmental finance,financial institutions will not be involved it actively.So the government should do directly and indirectly,to induce and promote the sustainable development.
