摘要：我国是苦荞起源、遗传多样性的中心。其营养价值高,富含多酚、多糖、蛋白质和脂溶性成分等活性物质,因而具有降血糖、降血脂等保健功能。文章阐述了苦荞在我国保健食品中的合规性依据、应用现状、功效成分以及保健功能,以期为苦荞原料的深度发掘和开发利用提供参考。
China is the center of the origin and genetic diversity of tartary buckwheat in the world.Tartary buckwheat has high nutritional value and contains high active substances such as polyphenols,polysaccharides,proteins and liposoluble components,so it has health care functions such as lowering blood sugar and lowering blood lipids.This paper expounds the compliance basis,application status,efficacy components and health care function of tartary buckwheat in health food in China,in order to provide reference for the deep exploration and development and utilization of tartary buckwheat raw materials.
