摘要：近年来,美台经贸关系呈现加快调整的基本态势。拜登政府时期,美国积极推动经贸合作机制建设,美台贸易特别是中国台湾地区对美出口快速增长,双方投资规模急速扩大但不平衡性加剧,美台直接产业链供应链加快建立。特朗普新政府基于“美国优先”对台施加关税压力,以及赖清德当局“倚美抗中”路线任美予取予求,正迫使中国台湾地区以半导体为代表的关键产业链加速向美国转移,美台经贸制度化合作也面临不确定性。特朗普第二任期,美国中国对台湾地区实施经济压榨的趋势将进一步深化,台湾资本将加速流入美国,美台贸易将进入深度调整阶段。美台经贸关系的再调整,令中国台湾民众普遍对中国台湾经济前景深表忧虑,经济逐渐被边缘化、核心产业逐渐被美“掏空”恐难以避免。
In recent years,the economic and trade relations between the United States and Taiwan have been adjusting at a faster pace.During the Biden administration,the United States actively promoted the construction of economic and trade cooperation mechanisms.Trade between the United States and Taiwan,especially exports from Taiwan to the United States,grew rapidly.The scale of investment between the two sides expanded rapidly but became more unbalanced,and direct industrial and supply chains between the two sides were established at a faster pace.The Trump new administration has imposed tariff pressure on Taiwan based on"America First",and the Lai Ching-te authorities have taken advantage of the U.S.to seek what they want by relying on the U.S.to resist China.This is forcing Taiwan to accelerate the transfer of key industrial chains represented by semiconductors to the U.S.,and the institutionalized economic cooperation between the U.S.and Taiwan is also facing uncertainties.In the second term of Trump,the trend of economic exploitation by the United States to Taiwan will be further deepened,the inflow of Taiwan capital into the United States will accelerate,and the trade between the United States and Taiwan will enter a stage of profound adjustment.The readjustment of the economic and trade relations between Taiwan and the United States has made Taiwan residents deeply worried about the economic prospects of Taiwan.It is inevitable that the economy will be marginalized and the core industries will be"hollowed out"by the United States.
