摘要：战略联盟理论研究视角分为内生要素主线和企业行为主线两大类。随着管理实践的发展,各种视角的战略联盟理论研究在研究定位、研究内容及解释力方面不断演进,研究路径也在研究视阈、内容及切入点等方面不断突破。动态竞争下的情境研究、跨界及网络化研究格局、系统化与整体性的研究路径将成为联盟理论研究未来的发展趋势。
The perspectives of the strategic alliance theory can be divided into two types：the endogenous factor main line and the corporate behavior as the main line. With the development of the management practice, researches on the strategic alliance theory from different perspectives evolve continuously in orientation, contents and explana- tory power; also, the research paths achieve breakthroughs continuously in horizons, contents and pointcuts. In the future, the context research under the dynamic competition environment, the crossover and networked research style, the systematic and holistic research path will be the development tendency.
