摘要：一个好的课程体系既要符合社会和行业的发展需求,又要符合教育规律和教育发展的国际趋势。本文结合信息时代档案工作的人才需求取向,以及欧美档案学课程体系设置的特点,对我国档案学专业本科课程体系设置提出了几点建设性意见:一是完善职业教育的课程结构;二是优化档案信息化课程体系;三是促进课程结构从内容本位转向内容本位与能力本位的多样化结合。
It is a prerequisite that one curriculum system suffices the profession, and fulfils education laws and international trends. The for the requirement thesis analyses the of society and required talents orientation in information era; and the advantages of archives curriculum system in Europe and America; as well as brings up some concerned ideas on the basis of summarizing the achievements of our archives cur- riculum system reconstruction, which are to perfect the curriculum structure of archives education; as well as to optimize archives information curriculum system; and to advance the transformation from contents nucleus to contents and abilities nucleus.
