摘要：文章利用工程机械23家上市公司2007—2011年的面板数据,对我国工程机械制造业转型升级的影响因素进行了实证研究,并采用两套指标体系对实证结果的稳健性进行了检验。结果发现:实证分析的结果是稳健的;在影响工程机械企业转型升级的内部因素中,营销能力对企业转型升级的影响最大,资金能力对企业的转型升级也存在正向影响,技术水平、人力资源和管理能力对企业转型升级的影响不稳定;在影响工程机械企业转型升级的外部因素中,全社会固定资产投资对企业的转型升级存在显著的正向关系,行业集中度对企业转型升级的影响既不稳定也不显著。最后,根据实证分析的结论,提出了进一步推进我国工程机械制造业转型升级的对策建议。
Based on the panel data of 23 listed companies from 2007 to 2011, this paper analyzes empirically the influential factors of the transformation and upgrading in China＇s engineering machinery manufacturing, and tests the robustness of empirical results with two sets of index system. It finds that the empirical results are robust. Among the internal factors of engineering machinery enterprise transformation and upgrading, marketing capability has the greatest influence, fund operational efficiency has the positive influence, the influence of technical level, human resources and management ability is not stable. Among the external factors, total investment in fixed assets has the significant positive influence on enterprise transformation and upgrading, the influence of industrial concentration is neither stable nor significant. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward countermeasures to further promote China＇ s engineering machinery manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.
