摘要:以生化黄腐酸(BFA)为主要成分制备环保型BFA复合融雪剂。通过融冰性能和冰点考察,筛选获得了BFA钙盐复合物和BFA硝酸铵复合物,配方分别为:m(BAF)∶m(醋酸钙)∶m(氯化钙)=1∶0.7∶1.3和m(BAF)∶m(硝酸铵)=1∶0.8。2种BFA复合物对碳钢腐蚀性和对植物种子相对受害率均符合融雪剂北京市地方标准。总之,BFA融雪剂不仅环境友好,还有益于植物的营养吸收。
The environmental protection-type snow-melting agent is prepared by biochemical fulvic acid( BFA)compounded with salts. Based on the performance of melting ice and the freezing point,the snow-melting agents of BFA compounded with calcium salts and with ammonium nitrate,respectivley,are both obtained. The formulation is composed of 1∶ 0. 7∶ 1. 3 of m( BAF) ∶ m( calcium acetate) ∶ m( calcium chloride) and 1∶ 0. 8 of m( BAF) ∶ m( ammonium nitrate),respectively. Two BFA compounds all meet the requirements of Beijing local standard for snow-melting agent in the Carbon-causticity and relative damage percent of plant seeds. In short,the snow-melting agent from BFA is not only environmentally friendly but also beneficial to plant nutrition.
