摘要:对"Y"形流管无阀压电泵内部流场及泵流量特性进行了模拟及试验研究。采用CFX软件对"Y"形流管无阀压电泵泵腔内的流场特性进行了模拟分析。结果表明:"Y"形流管无阀压电泵工作时泵腔内的压强变化很小,涡旋对流体传输活体细胞及长链大分子基本无影响。实际制作了"Y"形流管无阀压电泵,并通过改变"Y"形流管的几何尺寸,研究了压电泵进出口端压差的变化规律。试验结果表明,压差随支管夹角增大而减小,并且当两支管宽的和接近主管宽时,压差值达到最小,当支管夹角为5°,宽为1.2 mm时,压差达到最大725 Pa。
In order tO learn more about the characteristics of a valveless piezoelectric pump with Y-shape tubes, the flow rate and fluid flowing state in the pump were simulated and analyzed. The commercial finite element software CFX was employed to simulate the fluid flowing state in the pump. The simulative results reveal that the pressure in the pump chamber varies mildly, and the vortex in the pump chamber hardly does harm to the results of transporting living cells and long-chain-marcomolecule cells. A valveless piezoelectric pump was made, and the variational principle of pressure drop between the outlet and the inlet of the pump was explored by changing the geometrical dimensions of the Y-shape tubes. The experimental results show that the pressure drop decreases when the angle between two branches increases, and reaches the minimum when the sum of the width of two branches is close to that of the main tube, the pressure drop reaches a maximal of 725 Pa when the branch angle is 5° and the branch width is 1.2 mm.
