摘要：十年以来我国每年大学毕业生的就业形势都很严峻,但2009年这一次的严峻情况和负面影响可谓最甚。党和政府、各级教育主管部门、高校就业指导部门和学生就业工作一线指导教师,都应该从各自的工作着眼点出发,重新评估大学毕业生就业可能出现的状况和面临的困难,提前做好各种相应的准备。文章着重分析了各种积极应对的策略,希望为大学生们顺利走上工作岗位提供帮助。
Ten years of university graduates every year since the employment situation is very grim,but in 2009 this time of critical situation and the negative impact would be most.Party and government departments at all levels of education,university departments and student employment guide the work of front-line instructor,should be the focus of their work from start to reassess the employment of college graduates with a possible situation and the difficulties faced,well in advance all the appropriate preparations.This paper analyzes the various positive response strategy which will go to work for the university students to help smooth.
