摘要：从乡村振兴战略时代背景、乡村发展现实困境与国民旅游需求新变化出发,文章在科学解读文旅融合与乡村振兴的概念内涵基础上,探究了文旅融合与乡村振兴的互馈机制,并基于文旅融合视角提炼了乡村振兴发展模式。结果表明:文化与旅游发展目标一致,内在逻辑统一。文旅融合通过产业融合、主体融合与功能融合实现资源、经济与社会多维效应。旅游系统与乡村地域系统的耦合联动关系是文旅融合与乡村振兴互促互馈的逻辑基础。文旅融合通过文化挖掘、旅游利用、城乡流动的方式与资源、产业、功能的路径,在要素增值、结构优化与功能提升机制下助推乡村振兴。乡村振兴创造新的需求与动力反促文旅融合。文旅融合视角下乡村振兴存在城郊融合振兴、特色开发振兴、休闲农业振兴与乡村工业振兴的典型模式。强化文旅融合的多功能价值,彰显旅游发展的乡村元素,促进城乡融合与乡村振兴联动发展是文章得出的重要启示。
Based on the historical background of rural vitalization strategy,the practical dilemma of rural development and the new changes in civil tourism demand,this paper explores the connotation and mutual feedback mechanism of culture-tourism integration and rural vitalization,and refines the development model of rural vitalization from the perspective of culture-tourism integration.Major conclusions are drawn as follows:There are same development goal and unified internal logic of culture and tourism.Culture-tourism integration realizes multi-dimensional effects of resources,economy and society through industrial integration,development mainbody integration and function integration.The coupling relationship between tourism system and rural territorial system is the logical basis for culture-tourism integration and rural vitalization to promote each other.Culture-tourism integration promotes rural vitalization by means of cultural excavation,tourism utilization,urban-rural mobility and the paths of resource,industry and function,under the mechanisms of factor value-addedness,structural optimization and function enhancement.Rural vitalization creates new demands and impetus to promote culture-tourism integration.From the perspective of culture-tourism integration,there are four typical models of rural vitalization:suburban integration vitalization,characteristic development vitalization,leisure agriculture vitalization and rural industry vitalization.The important enlightenment of this paper is to strengthen the multi-functional value of culture-tourism integration,highlight the rural elements of tourism development,and promote the joint development of urban-rural integration and rural vitalization.
