摘要：社交媒体环境下档案知识聚合服务是档案知识服务在新技术背景下的创新发展。从社交媒体环境下档案知识聚合服务的提供者、接收者、服务内容、服务环境四大要素出发,在分析社交媒体环境下档案知识聚合服务平台用户需求、功能需求和性能需求的基础上,运用服务平台构建理论,搭建具有知识处理、知识聚合、知识服务、知识反馈及信息安全功能的档案知识聚合服务平台,进而确保档案知识聚合检索、定制、导航、推送服务的实现。
The archival knowledge aggregation service under the social media environment is the innovative development of the archival knowledge service under the new technology background. From the four elements of archival knowledge aggregation service providers, receivers, service content and service environment in the social media environment, analyze the user needs, functional requirements and performance requirements of the archival knowledge aggregation service platform and make this platform include service interface, knowledge resource database, user information database and related logic modules.The archival knowledge aggregation service platform in the social media environment has knowledge processing, knowledge aggregation, knowledge service, knowledge feedback and information security functions, which guarantees the integration of archival knowledge retrieval, customization, navigation and push services.
