摘要：北京联合大学建设应用性大学的总体发展战略应从市场营销战略的角度出发 ,依据首都市场的人才需求变化趋势 ,结合学校自身的特点 ,学习国外应用性大学办学模式的成功经验 。
The changing trend of the capital market demand for the talented together with the current market status of Beijing higher education schools forces Beijing Union University to set developing applied university as its farsighted development strategy so as to show its characteristics and to survive and develop.In this way of thinking,by analyzing the cases of the abroad applied university running modes and using the relative analysis way of thinking of the marketing strategy,it brings up the strategy steps and the concrete strategy of the university's developing applied university.
