摘要:目的:探讨淡豆豉对高脂血症大鼠晚期糖化终末产物(AGEs)和血清脂质过氧化物的影响。方法:高脂饮食制备大鼠高脂血症模型,造型同时给予淡豆豉水煎剂治疗,于第13周末最后一次给药禁食24小时后取血和主动脉,分别测定主动脉AGEs含量、血脂和血清过氧化物含量。结果:与正常组比较,高脂血症模型组主动脉AGEs、血清胆固醇(TC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量均明显升高;高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著降低。淡豆豉各组主动脉AGEs、血清MDA、TC均明显降低;血清HDL-C和SOD活性均显著升高。结论:淡豆豉通过降低高脂血症大鼠主动脉AGEs含量、降低大鼠血清MDA水平、提高SOD活性、调节血脂,预防和减少动脉粥样硬化的发生。
Objective: To investigate effects of Sojae Semen praeparatumi(SSP) on advanced glycosylation end products (AGEs), lipid peroxide of hyperlipemia rats. Methods: Hyperlipemia models were induced by feeding excess of fat and lipids in rats, the levels of aortic AGEs, lipids and serum lipid peroxide were detected after 13 weeks of treatment. Results: The aortic AGEs, serum cholesterol(TC), and malondialdehyde (MDA) of the SSP group were lower and the levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were higher. Conclusion: The results indicated that SSP could decrease aortic AGEs, serum MDA, blood lipid and enhance SOD activity therefor it maybe helpful in cardiovascular system.
