摘要：Based on DEA model, this paper analyzes the data of the financial input and scientific and technological output of 20 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities divided by coastal and non-coastal regions from 2006 to 2013 in China, measuring technical efficiency, scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of financial support for scientific and technological innovation. The conclusion shows that the efficiency which finance supports the scientific and technological innovation presents the increasing trend but inefficiency; this increasing trend mainly depends on the eastern coastal regions, and the inefficiency of the middle non-coastal region is obvious. From the dynamic changes in the efficiency of financial support for science and technology innovation, the number of optimal efficiency has shown the trend of increasing first and then decreasing, and the integration of financial resources and technological innovation may be redundant.
