摘要:在现代社会与教育发展的视野下,高水平的实践能力无疑是优秀人才综合素质的核心组件。文章提出了包括“实际操作、综合管理和高效信息处理”三种能力在内的“档案学专业综合实践能力”概念,论述了与培养该能力设想相关的时代背景;分析了现有培养模式因各门专业理论课程相对独立,分散实践教学学时有限且周期跨度大,校外人才培养基地实践环境受限于现实因素,缺乏双师双能型人才等原因而存在的局限性;系统总结了北京联合大学基于“双融合思想”探索构建档案学专业综合实践能力培养模式的经验。改革的具体举措主要包括两个方面:一是研发一门全新的专业实践课一档案工作综合实践课程;二是优化整个课程体系,并在暑期增设用于开展专业集中实践的小学期,构建具有“四年不断线、层层递进”特色的专业实践课程体系。
From the perspective of modern society and educational development, there is no doubt that high level of practical ability is the core component of the comprehensive quality of outstanding talents. This paper puts forward an innovative concept “ Comprehensive Practical Ability of Archives Major ” that includes three kinds of abilities: operational practice, integrated management and effective information-processing, analyzes the background and practical limitations, and probes into the innovative reforms taken by Beijing Union University in constructing a new mode of cultivating“Comprehensive Practical Ability of Archives Major”,based on“Thoughts of Double Integratingn”. And in particular, it describes the constructing work of a new practical curriculum named comprehensive practice of archival work, which is of original significance, and the system of practical curricula with characteristics of lasting four years and hierarchy.
