摘要:在互联网时代,食品产业遇到的最大挑战是基于互联网的颠覆性挑战,这一变化对高校食品专业人才的培养提出了更高的要求。文章从"互联网+"新常态下食品产业人才的需求变化角度入手,分析食品专业现有课程与互联网时代食品产业对人才需求的差距,提出重视"食品+"思维、加强创新创业教育、开展全国性食品专业竞赛、培养"食品+"人才等人才培养建议。
In the Internet era,the biggest challenge for the food industry is the subversive challenge based on the Internet,this change puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of food professionals in Colleges and Universities.This article analyzes the gap existing food professional curriculum and food industry demand for talent from the perspective of "change of our food industry under the new normal demand ",puts forward some suggestions on how to pay attention to the thinking of "food",how to strengthen the education of innovation and entrepreneurship,how to carry out the national competition of food specialty,and how to train the talents of "food+".
