摘要:京西煤矿作为矿业文化遗址,被赋予“什么”工业文化基因,“如何”在游憩化利用中传承等已经成为废弃矿区再利用亟待解决的重大问题。本文综合扎根理论、特征解构提取、图案提取、元素提取和结构提取等方法,构建工业文化基因识别的方法体系。以京西“一线四矿”为研究对象,从显性基因和隐性基因两大形态识别和提取工业文化基因,并提出废弃矿区游憩化利用路径。研究认为:京西矿区既呈现了地理环境、布局形态、主体建筑遗迹、工业成果等废弃矿区显性工业文化基因特征,又呈现了历史文化、精神文化、地方文化等隐性工业文化基因特征;京西矿区游憩化利用可采用客观主义发展路径、构建主义发展路径、象征主义发展路径和功利主义发展路径等。
As a mining cultural site, what industrial cultural genes will be endowed with Jingxi Coal Mine? And how to inherit industrial cultural genes in its recreational utilization? These are urgent problems in the process of reusing abandoned mining areas. In this paper, we construct a methodological system for industrial culture gene identification by integrating the Grounded Theory, the feature-based decomposing extraction method, pattern separating, elements identifying, structure analysis, etc. Taking the “one line and four mines” in western Beijing as the research object, the industrial culture genes are identified and extracted from two major forms: dominant genes and recessive genes. On the basis of this, a path for the recreational utilization of abandoned mines is proposed. The study concludes that the current landscape gene identification methods may have omissions or missing problems in identification and extraction, so it is necessary to combine the landscape gene identification methods and the Grounded Theory to build a method system for industrial culture gene identification;abandoned mining areas have explicit industrial culture characteristics such as geographic environment, layout, main building relics and industrial achievements, and implicit industrial culture characteristics consist of historical culture, spiritual culture and local culture. Based on the view of industrial culture gene, there are four recreational utilization paths of abandoned mining areas: objectivist development path, constructivist development path, symbolic development path and utilitarian development path.
