摘要：非物质文化遗产保护并不是孤立的,它会与方方面面发生联系。而如何处理好非物质文化遗产保护与文物、典籍保护的关系,保护与开发的关系,传承与创新的关系,保护非物质文化遗产与积极吸收外来文化的关系,以及政府保护与民间保护的关系,则是处理好非物质文化遗产保护与周边诸关系中关键的关键。
The intangible cultural heritage protection was not an isolated matter, it will happen with all aspects. How to deal with the following five relationships is the key to key to handle in various relations between the intangible cultural heritage protection and the surrounding relationships. The relationships inctude the intangible cultural heritage protection and the protection of cultural relics and ancient books , protection and exploitation, inheritance and innovation, the intangible cultural heritage protection and actively absorbing foreign culture, the government protect and the civil protect.
