摘要：从经济学角度分析了经济发展对大学生就业规模和对大学毕业生需求层次要求的影响;从社会学角度分析了大学毕业生的择业观以及高校毕业生就业市场的不完善对大学生就业的制约,提出了如何加强高校毕业生就业市场化等相关问题和如何改善高校毕业生就业状况的建议。
The influences of economy development to college students’ employment scale and graduates’ demand level from the viewpoint of economy are analyzed.The restriction of the career choice of college graduates and the imperfect employgment market to college students’ employment is analyzed from the viewpoint of sociology.How to enhance the employment of college graduates and other market related issues and how to improve the employ-ment situation of university graduates are put forward.
