摘要: 积极开展教师课堂教学质量评价对促进教师发展、提高教学管理水平和教学质量有重要意义。教师课堂教学评价所涉及的评价原则、评价方法、评价组织实施、评价工作中常见的问题及改进措施等因素需进行总结和探究。
It is important for promoting teacher development, improving teaching administration level and teaching quality to develop assessment of teachers' classroom teaching quality actively. It is necessary to summarize and think about some issues in the aspects of assessment principle of teachers' classroom teaching quality,assessment method,practice for assessment and improved measure.
