摘要：Learners with hearing impairment has the largest population among all types of learners with special needs. With the development of computer and network technology, a lot of barrier-free Web sites were set up and provide convenient environment for hearing-impaired learners, thus, learners of this kind desire more and more network-learning. From the practice of cooperative-learning based on network of university students with hearing impairment, the author found that: those learners' attitudes to cooperative-learning changed much; learning achievement, the capacity of general practice and the interpersonal skills improved, then giving out some advices on how to improve performance of cooperative-learning based on network .
