摘要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机谱图检索,对索式提取法提取的鸢尾植物和矮紫苞鸢尾植物的挥发性成分进行分析比较,结果表明:鸢尾植物挥发油的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶5,提取时间2 h,提取温度95℃。矮紫苞鸢尾植物挥发油的最佳提取条件为配料比1∶6,提取时间4 h,提取温度80℃。通过GC-MS方法检测,鸢尾和矮紫苞鸢尾共鉴定出29种成分。鸢尾与矮紫苞鸢尾挥发性成分相比较,组成和相对含量存在较大差异。研究结果有利于鸢尾属植物药用价值的合理使用和质量控制。
The volatility components in Iris tectorum Maxim.and in Iris ruthenica var.nana were comparatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectromet ry(GC-MS)combining with the computer chart retrieval.In this paper,cable extraction was applied to design and optimize the extraction process of volatile oil.The results showed that the optimal technology of Iris tectorum Maxim.volatile oil was solid to liquid ratio of 1∶5,extraction time of 2 hours,extraction temperature of 95℃;and the optimal technology of Iris ruthenica var.nana volatile oil was solid to liquid ratio of 1∶6,extraction time of 4 hours,extraction temperature of 80℃.Totally 29 chemical components were identified in Iris tectorum Maxim.and Iris ruthenica var.nana.Significant difference was found in components types and concent rations in them.The results are beneficial in quality control and rational use of medicinal value of Iris.
