摘要：对中国最大的客运机场——北京首都国际机场的临空经济范围开展实证分析,明确其空间范围,分析其空间特征。结果表明:北京首都国际机场周边存在企业集中分布的现象,在围绕机场5.5km半径范围内形成临空经济区,约为距离机场11min车程的可达区域。该半径范围下的临空经济区面积约相当于北京市东城区和西城区的面积之和。1996—2010年间临空经济区内的企业密度和企业增长速度高于北京郊区的平均水平,但低于北京中心城区的平均水平。北京机场的临空经济区已经是北京郊区的商业增长中心之一,但从全市的角度看,大多数的商业增长仍发生在中心城区。
This paper conducts an empirical analysis on the aerotropolis of Beijing Capital International Airport,the largest passenger airport in China,identifies its spatial extent,and analyzes its spatial characteristics.The results show that businesses tend to concentrate in the surrounding area of Beijing Capital International Airport,and an aerotropolis is formed within a radius of 5.5 km around the airport,which is about an 11-minute drive from the airport.Based on this radius,the area of the aerotropolis is approximately equivalent to the sum of the area of Beijing’s Dongcheng District and Xicheng District.From 1996 to 2010,the density and growth rate of businesses in the aerotropolis were higher than the average level in the suburbs of Beijing,but lower than the average level of the central city in Beijing.The aerotropolis of Beijing Capital International Airport is already one of business concentration centers in the suburbs of Beijing,though from the perspective of the whole city,businesses are more likely to occur in the central city.
