摘要：Venture capital is an effective model of solving financing difficulties of the high-tech SMEs, but the current imperfect exit mechanism for venture capital in China restricted the development of venture capital severely. Based on the analysis of existing problems of the current exit mechanism for venture capital in China, this paper gives some suggestions of improving the exit mechanism for venture capital.
