摘要：现代企业的商业竞争日趋激烈,决策的质量和速度是企业成功的保障。商务智能和知识管理是改善决策者所获得信息和知识质量与速度的两项核心技术,二者整合要考虑整合成本、中途失败、系统的复杂性、技术更新、社会风险等因素。企业需根据自身财务、业务、信息化程度等具体情况,适时适当地实施整合,从而真正提高决策的质量和速度,提升竞争力,实现智能化运营。
Modern enterprises have to face in creasingly fierce competition. The quality and speed of decision are the safeguards for enterprise’s success. Business Intelligence （BI） and Knowledge Management （KM） are the two core technologies for decision-makers to improve the quality of information and knowledge. In the integration of BI and KM, we should consider such factors as cost of integration, failure, system complexity, technology upgrade and social risks. According to their own financial and business situation and level of informationization, the enterprises should appropriately carry out the integration in good time to improve the quality and speed of decision, improve their competitiveness, and realize the intelligentialized operation.
