摘要:人工智能技术、智能场景在各领域的广泛应用给经济社会发展带来了新动力。人工智能对就业有何影响?其作用机制是什么?当前并未取得一致结论。本文以115家制造业企业为研究对象,依据创新扩散理论,构建出以产品创新和资本偏好为中介的人工智能技术采纳对就业的影响机制模型。研究发现:人工智能技术采纳对制造业员工数量有负向影响;对员工技能和收入有正向影响;产品创新与资本偏好在人工智能技术采纳对就业影响中存在中介效应。
The development of artificial intelligence technology and its application in various industries have brought new impetus to social and economic development.Meanwhile,the impact of artificial intelligence on employment has also become a hot topic of academic concern.In this paper,115 manufacturing enterprises are taken as research objects,and based on the theory of innovation diffusion,the influence mechanism model of artificial intelligence technology adoption on employment mediated by product innovation and capital preference is constructed.The results show that the adoption of artificial intelligence technology has a negative impact on the number of manufacturing employees.Has a positive impact on employee skills and income.Product innovation and capital preference are mediating in the employment impact of AI technology adoption.
