摘要:高职教学体系构建问题是一个系统工程,其构建原则和内涵是根本问题.必须遵循高教和职教性质相结合,适应性和超前性相结合,针对性、综合性、灵活性相结合,生产性和教育性相结合,本土化与国际化相结合,技术性与人文性相结合的原则.基于此,应构建灵活、开放、弹性的人才培养模式和教学体系,以培养知识厚、技术强、能力高、素质全的高级技术型人才.
The construction of the higher vocational teaching system is a systematic engineering, however, the construction of the principles and connotation of the teaching system are the basic problems. The construction of the teaching system must abide by the principles of the combination of the higher vocational education and the nature of the vocational education, the adaptability and the exceeding, the pertinence, the comprehension and the flexibility, the production and the education, the localization and the internationalization, the technology and the humanity, based on which, we should construct the flexible, open and stretch talents' training pattern and teaching system so as to train the advanced technology talents with rich knowledge, strong technology, high ability and whole quality.
