摘要:中小企业在我国国民经济中占有重要的地位,大力发展中小企业具有重要意义。如何留住人才、发展人才,为企业保持强劲的生命力和竞争力,已成为中小企业面临的重要挑战。依据目前中小企业的培训现状,从培训制度、培训需求分析、培训规划、培训实施、培训评估、培训效果转化六个方面找出问题所在,以便提升企业人力资源质量,适应市场的竞争要求。
The small and medium -sized enterprises play an important role in our economy. It' s a great significance of developing small and medium - sized enterprises highly. It will be the big challenge for the small and medium - sized enter- prises facing that how to retain talent and develop talent so as to keep a powerful vitality and competitiveness. This article expounds the small and medium - sized enterprises' situation of training system at present, pointing the questions such as the training system, training needs, the layout of training, the training actualization, the evaluation of training, the trans- form of training effect. And it points out that the good solution is, in order to manage enterprises well, improve the quality of enterprises human resources, adapting the competition of market.
