摘要：学科专业教育教学能力既是职业教育师资迫切提升的专业能力,也是职业技术教育领域专业硕士研究生培养的重要内容。基于目前职业技术教育领域研究生的专业教育教学能力培养现状,北京联合大学从设计系统化的职业教育教学课程内容体系,有机融合专业实践和教育实践环节,构建促进教育教学能力的教学模式,加强职业技术教育学科队伍建设等方面进行实践,以此提升该专业硕士研究生的学科专业教育教学能力,提高人才培养质量。
The professional education and teaching ability of subject is not only the professional ability of teachers in vocational education need to be improved urgently, but also the important content of cultivation of professional masters in vocational technology education. Based on current cultivation situation of professional education and teaching ability of professional masters in vocational technology education, from the design of systematic curriculum content system of vocational education, Beijing Union University makes organic integration of professional practice and education practice link, constructs the teaching mode that promotes the teaching ability of education, and practices from strengthening subject team construction of vocational technology education, etc, to promote professional education and teaching ability of professional masters, and to improve the quality of the talents.
