摘要:对全国16个省市的30所特殊教育机构的187名脑瘫儿童父母的调查发现,大多数父母对脑瘫儿童任性的态度是正确的,大多数夫妻的教育意见一致;大多数父母教育孩子的方法正确,经常使用表扬、鼓励这些正强化、塑造的方法,较少使用批评、骂人、打人这些惩罚的方法;大多数父母训练脑瘫儿童的动作、写字的做法正确,但是,父母们缺乏对脑瘫儿童身心特点的知识,大多数父母对脑瘫儿童的动作和智力缺陷的认知不正确,对言语特点认知正确的父母很少;父母对脑瘫儿童的期望过低,大多数父母以对脑瘫儿童的独立生活没有信心,接近一半的父母对孩子的未来工作没有信心。因此,应给予父母全面的教育支持,尤其是教给他们脑瘫儿童的身心特点及教育的知识,以此提高父母的信心。
A survey of 187 parents of children with cerebral palsy in 30 special education institutions in 16 provinces and cities across China found that most parents have correct attitudes towards children with cerebral palsy,and most couples share the same educational opinions;most parents educate their children in the right way.They often use positive reinforcement and shaping methods of praise and encouragement,and less use punishment methods such as criticism,swearing,and beating;most parents train children with cerebral palsy to move and write correctly,but parents lack the knowledge of the physical and mental characteristics of children with cerebral palsy.Most parents have incorrect cognition of the movement and mental retardation of children with cerebral palsy.Few parents have correct cognition of the characteristics of speech.Parents have too low expectations of children with cerebral palsy.There is no confidence in living independently.Nearly half of parents have no confidence in their children’s future work.Therefore,parents should be given comprehensive educational support,especially to teach them the physical and mental characteristics and educational knowledge of children with cerebral palsy,so as to improve the confidence of parents.
