摘要:In this paper, we present the organizational inertia's harm and highlight that organizational innovation is the effective means of breaking through organizational inertia. A conclusion drawn through analysis and inference with the use of single-modc laser equation is that in the process of organizational innovation, the establishment of innovation-stimulating system, leaders' implementation of the system, and members' recognition and maintenance of innovation promote mutually and are indispensable to each other. Finally we discuss a favourable opportunity for developing innovation that leaders normally neglect.
