摘要：本文围绕国家档案馆在政府信息公开工作中的参与现状、理论依据和工作定位的阶段性变化展开分析。国家档案馆参与政府信息公开工作的偶然性,决定了在国家档案馆内设置的政府公开信息查阅服务中心的发展局限性。为了培育国家档案馆的公共性和更好地服务于政府信息公开工作,国家档案馆把工作的重点从收集政府已公开现行文件并提供利用服务,转到围绕政府信息公开工作如何来做好政府档案信息资源的开放和整合共享工作。
This paper makes a discussion on the present situation、theoretical basis and the change of working orientation around National Archives＇ participating in Government Information Disclosure.The accidental cause of National Archives＇ participating in Government Information Disclosure brings about the developing imitation of Access Center for Government Information.In order to nurture National Archives＇ public quality and supply the better service around Government Information Disclosure,the working emphasis is transferred to the opening up and the Integrating and the sharing of Government archives resources from providing Governments＇ active records.
