摘要：为培养具有食品营养特色的本科技术型人才,通过梳理专业核心能力,选择对应的校外企事业单位,开展校外实践教学平台构建和建设,并进行实践教学模式研究,初步探索了校企深度合作技术应用型人才培养模式实践教学模式并分析了实践教学运行效果。
Undergraduate technical talents for the cultivation of food nutrition characteristics,through combing the professional core ability,selection of outside enterprises corresponding,to carry out the practice teaching platform construction and construction,and Research on the teaching mode of practice,preliminary exploration of the depth of school enterprise cooperation talents training mode of practice teaching mode and analyzes the effect of operation of teaching practice.
