摘要：研究发现,在北京城区五环以内的6个行政区中,各行业从业人员在行政区之间形成单向联系、放射状联系和网状联系三种办公出行行为模式,相同行业之间的办公出行联系主要在行政区内部进行,各行业的办公出行联系强度与城市功能格局显著相关。基于此,依托北京城区办公集聚区,结合产业功能区布局,加强产业功能区内部的行业联系;提升办公出行目的地周边的快速公交输送能力,缩短办公出行时间;加强产业功能区基础设施建设,提升产业功能区公共服务能力。这对于北京市提升高端产业功能区辐射力、培育高端产业功能新区有积极的现实意义。
There are three communication models among the people who work within Bejing＇s fifth ring： one way connection,radiant connection,network connection.People of the same industry mostly communicate within their own administrative districts.Office communication intensity is closely tied to urban functional layout.Functional district planning enhances interior connection within each functional district,increases spatial marginal benefit,and improves transportation,infrastructure,and public services.It will strengthen Beijing＇s high end industry influence and foster new industry districts.
