摘要：改革开放以来,当代中国社会救助研究在20世纪90年代中期到2001年、2002年到2011年期间两度快速发展,在2012年以来研究内容大幅拓展。民政部门工作人员和相关学科的学者是当代中国社会救助研究的主力军。这部分研究的推进,与现实中社会救助问题的发生发展密切相关,体现了研究者对现实的关怀和对公平正义的追求。目前,研究者主要在当代一些群体的救助措施及其救助过程,社会救助制度建设、理念、成效与经验以及社会救助制度与扶贫等相关制度的衔接等方面取得不少学术成果。但现有成果也在学术成果分布、研究视角、研究方法、资料运用等方面存在不足。
Since the reform and opening-up,the research on social assistance in contemporary China has devel.oped rapidly from the mid-1990s to 2001 and from 2002 to 2011,and has expanded significantly since 2012.Civil affairs department staff and scholars in related disciplines are the main force of contemporary Chinese so.cial assistance research. The advancement of this part of research is closely related to the occurrence and devel.opment of social assistance problems in reality,and reflects the researchers’concern for reality and pursuit of fairness and justice. At present,researchers have made a lot of academic achievements in terms of relief mea.sures and relief process of some contemporary vulnerable groups,construction of social relief system,concept,effect and experience,as well as the link between social relief system and poverty alleviation and other relevant system. however,the existing achievements also have deficiencies in the distribution of academic achievements,research perspectives,research methods and data application,etc.
