摘要：葡萄籽提取物(Grape seed extract, GSE)因具有抗氧化抗自由基等作用被消费者所认可,其主要功效成分为原花青素(Procyanidins, PC)。在我国保健食品审评中,尚没有针对GSE原料的统一标准,市面上的产品复杂多样、价格不一。为探究市场上GSE的产品中PC组成成分差异,试验随机抽查14种不同品牌GSE产品,对其PC总含量、儿茶素类单体、二聚体B_1、B_2及其平均聚合度(Mean polymerization degree, mDP)进行分析,并探讨这些指标与其价格之间是否存在相关性。结果发现,不同葡萄籽提取物样品在PC总含量,儿茶素单体与原花青素二聚体各组分在组成及含量,以及mDP方面均存在差异。将这些指标与样品单价进行分析发现,除个别样品外,大多数样品的PC含量与其单价呈现正相关, mDP与单价呈负相关,样品的单价可以在一定程度上反映PC的品质。
Grape seed extract(GSE)has been recognized by consumers because of its antioxidant and anti-free radical effects,and its main functional component is procyanidins(PC).There is no unified standard for GSE raw materials in the evaluation of health food in China,and the products on the market are complex and diverse,with different prices.In order to explore the differences of PC components in GSE products on market,the experiment randomly selected 14 different brands of GSE products,analyzed their total PC content,catechin monomers,dimers B,and B2,and their mean polymerization degree(mDP),and discussed whether there was any correlation between these indicators and their prices.The results showed that there were differences in total PC content,composition and content of catechin monomer and procyanidin dimer,and mDP among different grape seed extract samples.By analyzing these indicators and the unit price of samples,it is found that except for a few samples,the PC content of most samples is positively correlated with its unit price,while mDP is negatively correlated with the unit price,and the unit price of samples can reflect the quality of PC to some extent.
