摘要：文章以工程教育专业认证为背景,把成果导向教育、以学生为中心和持续改进等理念引入到交通运输组织课程的教学中,建立了多维度课程目标、强化理论与实践相结合的模块化课程内容及与此匹配的教学方法和实施策略,通过全过程多元化评价考核和持续改进以达到预期的学习和教学目标,提高了学生对此门课程学习的积极性和主动性,从而能够达到工程教育专业认证要求的培养目标和毕业要求。
Based on the certification of engineering education specialty,the concepts of outcome-based education,student-centered education and continuous improvement were introduced into the teaching of the Transportation Organization,the multi-dimensional course objectives,the modular course content with strengthening the combination of theory and practice and the matching teaching methods and implementation strategies were established,and the expected learning and teaching objectives were achieved through the whole process of diversified assessment and continuous improvement,it improved students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning this course,and achieved the training objectives of engineering education certification standards and graduation requirements.
