摘要：从国内外城市型大学的发展历程来看,大学与城市具有共生共荣、相互促进的密切关系。研究英国伯明翰城市大学、伦敦大学城市学院,美国芝加哥大学、奥克兰城市大学和国内上海大学、宁波大学、大连大学、成都大学等典型城市型大学的发展历程,及其在办学理念、教学方法、课程设置、人才培养模式等方面的特色做法,总结成功经验,对探索都市大学的办学定位、发展理念、专业与课程设置、教学与科研的关系以及校企合作等方面具有重要的启示意义。
Judging from the development history of city universities at home and abroad,universities and cities have a close relationship of symbiosis,co-prosperity and mutual promotion.This paper studies the development history and the characteristic practices in the educational concept,teaching methods,curriculum setting,talent training mode of typical city universities such as Birmingham City University,City,University of London,University of Chicago,Oakland City University,Shanghai University,Ningbo University,Dalian University and Chengdu University.The summarization of successful experience in running universities will provide important enlightenment for exploring the school orientation,development philosophy,specialty and curriculum setting,the relationship between teaching and scientific research,and school-enterprise cooperation of metropolitan universities.
