摘要:进入21世纪,知识极为丰富,信息变化快,竞争激烈。在此背景下,教育环境也逐渐从理论传授教育转向互动体验和以学生为中心的教育。根据工业工程专业应用型人才培养目标,引入成果导向教育理念,针对工业工程综合实践课程的特点,分析学生学习的动机,在教学方法和教学内容上进行改革。通过分析课程改革对学生学习绩效的影响,考察该教学课堂是否有效运行。为聚焦以学生为中心施教,以成果导向为目标的课堂教学设计提供参考。
The educational environment is gradually shifting away from theoretical delivery education,and gradually changing into interactive experience and student-centered education to meet the challenge of the explosion of knowledge,rapid change of information,and intense competition.In this case,it is necessary to have a learning method that is more motivated to learn by student-centered education than teacher-centered education.The motivation of students’learning and the training objectives of applied talents are analyzed,as well as the characteristics of comprehensive practice course of Industrial Engineering(IE).The teaching methods and contents are reformed based on Outcomes-based Education(OBE)concept.The students’behavior is analyzed to check whether the classroom is effective or not.It provides a reference for classroom teaching design focusing on student-centered class and its outcomes.
