摘要:就无机陶瓷微滤膜处理虫草粗多糖溶液过程中膜污染和操作条件进行了研究,确定有效清洗方法和操作工艺条件,为膜法纯化虫草菌丝体粗多糖的应用奠定基础。结果表明,采用80℃热水与1%NaOH溶液交替清洗并伴有间歇、短时反冲洗,可使膜的清水通量恢复率达到95%。此外,在试验确定的60℃,0.3~0.4 MPa压差操作条件下处理虫草粗多糖溶液,多糖收率在70%以上,同时可除去大部分不溶固形物和蛋白质胶体等大分子有机物杂质。
In this paper, to apply membrane technology in purifying rough Cordyceps myceliurn polysaccharides, the membrane fouling and operation was researched in the course of inorganic membrane micro-filtration membrane treating with rough cordyceps mycelia polysaccharides solution, and an effective cleaning method and the optimal experiment condition was acquired. The experiment results show the flux of membrane recovery can be up to 95% after 80℃ water and 1%NaOH solution was alternately used to wash the fouling membrane under intermittent little back-pulsing. Moreover, when the rough polysaccharides solution was treated with the operating conditions of 60℃ and 0.3-0.4MPa pressure,the polysaccharides recovery was above 70% and most impurities as infusibility substance and protein colloid are taken out.
