摘要:The problem about the aging of population structure in China has been discussed in many reports. China is facing threat and new opportunity on economic and social development for the aged society. The market of aged house is emerging in China. A questionnaire research is introduced into the paper to analyze different status of the aged house. At last, the paper suggests China's real estate industry to developing marketing strategy on the aged house.
