摘要：在加快发展新质生产力的背景下,应用型大学开展有组织科研能够促进学科建设水平和科技创新能力的提升,推动地方经济与社会的全面进步,并增强学校的知名度与影响力。为推进有组织科研,应用型大学应采取有效的实施路径,具体包括规划科研战略蓝图、变革科研组织范式、强化科研团队建设、提高人才培养质量、加速科技成果转化及改革科研评价机制。以北京联合大学为例,分析该校在顶层设计、学科布局、团队建设、人才培养、成果转化及科研评价等方面推进有组织科研的实践探索,这些措施有助于应用型大学提升科研水平,服务社会发展,并彰显社会责任。
In the context of accelerating the development of new-quality productive forces,application-oriented universities,through organized scientific research endeavors,can enhance discipline development and technological innovation capabilities,promote the comprehensive progress of local economies and societies,strengthen their international reputation and influence.The effective implementation pathways of organized scientific research specifically include planning the blueprint of scientific research strategy;transforming the organizational paradigm of scientific research;prioritizing research team building;enhancing the quality of talent cultivation;accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;and reforming the research evaluation mechanism.Taking Beijing Union University as an example,this section presents an analysis of its practical explorations in aspects such as top-level design,disciplinary layout,team building,talent cultivation,achievement transformation,and research evaluation.These measures contribute to enhancing the research level of application-oriented universities,serving societal development,and highlighting social responsibility.
